Celebrate the holiday season with Crafts and make a gift for someone special Learners will work on a different ornament or craft each week. This is a drop in class so you can pick and choose which craft you'd like to work on. I will teach the craft step by step and then learners will use their creativity to make it personal. Minimal supplies will be required to be purchased - see supplies listed below, however an alternative will always be provided. We will read a story if time permits and learners will also be able to share their finished product, should they choose to do so. Week 1 - Week of November 28 - Popsicle Stick Ornaments Week 2 - Week of December 5 - Watercolour Christmas Cards Week 3 - Week of December 12 - Salt Dough Ornaments (will need to be pre-baked and cooled completely)

Popsicle Stick Ornament: - Photo of learner - Scissors - 3 popsicle sticks (either colored or plain to be painted) - Paint/markers - Stickers, gems, pompoms to decorate - Hot Glue** This can be done after class by an adult if child is too young to handle Watercolour Christmas card - Watercolour paper folded into a card shape - Watercolour paints, brushes Salt Dough Ornaments - Salt dough ornaments that are made and cooled prior to class **Recipe will be posted in classroom - Paint or markers to decorate - String/twine to hang ornament
