Weekly coloring sheets will be posted for learners to color and post in the classroom. There will be a step of the week each week that we will focus on. The learner will post a photo or video of the step in the classroom for discussion.Experiencia de clase
Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Students will learn one new jazz and hip hop step each week that we will focus on throughout the class. Each week a new theme will be introduced, themes include: Trolls, The Lion King, Descendants, Frozen, Moana and Zombies, . An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance. A coloring sheet will also be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. Self-paced classes allow you to take class at your convenience!

Your child will learn Jazz and Hip Hop dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn a short dance combination. Most of all, students will learn the pure joy movement brings.

We will begin class with a cardio warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game to "The Magic Garden". We will learn a routine to "Get Back Up Again". We will end class with a game of freeze dance and a scavenger hunt! Lección 2:
Lion King
We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game to "Moving Like the Animals". We will learn a routine to "Just Can't Wait to Be King". We will end class with a game of freeze dance and a trivia game! Lección 3:
Descendants
We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game to "Strike a Pose". We will learn a routine to "I'm Your Girl". We will end class with a game of freeze dance and a scavenger hunt! Lección 4:
Frozen
We will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game of "Wiggle, Freeze, Melt". We will learn a routine to "Let It Go" from Frozen 1. We will end class with a game of freeze dance and a trivia game! Otros detalles

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT. I'm a homeschooling mom to my two boys for the past 5 years and love teaching Math and English!
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
