In this one-time, self-paced class, we'll begin with a warm-up to get your body ready, followed by learning choreography to the song "Am I Not Pretty Enough." No experience is necessary—this class is open to all levels! Whether you're new to dance or simply looking for a fun way to move, you'll be guided through the steps at your own pace. Plus, you can take the class barefoot for added comfort. Come express yourself, enjoy the music, and have fun while learning something new! The class is designed for flexibility, allowing learners to go at their own pace while enjoying a fun and engaging dance experience.

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves!
