Welcome to Level 4 Violin! This class is for you if you:
*have played the violin for at least 6 months
*can play repertoire at a similar level to Ode to Joy, Lightly Row, Frère Jacques, etc
*can read notes on the A and E strings
*want to learn more music on your violin!

Week 1 - Warm-ups - We will work on different warmups for both bow and left hand, including finger patterns & tone production
Week 2 - Start music reading on D string
Week 3 - Repertoire using D, A, and E strings
Week 4 - Start music reading on G string
Week 5 - Repertoire using all 4 strings
Week 6 - "fun techniques" - tremolo, double-stops, glissando
Week 7 - Review of all music learned
Week 8 - Performance week
