1 hora por semana. Learner's will create a sentence puzzle from our class dictation time to share with an adult after each class (10 minutes). Learners are encouraged to read for 20 minutes each day and share what they are reading during our share time. Nivel Intermediate
This class will continue to spark the joy of reading in each learner. Lessons are structured around activities that will meet each child's individual level. My teaching style encourages confidence in readers through interactive games, reading circles and creating written sentence puzzles. This class will include short reviews of foundational phonics from previous levels 1-10, spelling, vocabulary, recognizing nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, homophones, main ideas, supporting details, author viewpoint and drawing conclusions from reading passages. I look forward to continuing with my learners and helping each one become a more fluent reader!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Theresa Howard. I am a state certified teacher with 25 years of experience in the classroom (K-6).
