Calling all fans of Danganronpa! Do you want to chat with others about how students of Hope's Peak Academy face off against Ultimate Despair? Are there details of each case you want to discuss the details with? You've come to the right place! - - Social skills: Students can create friendships with others who "get" them and have opportunities throughout the class to let their voices be heard. - Exposure to diversity: The class also consists of conversations of people with different backgrounds, which will influence how they see films. - Critical thinking skills: Students will be asked to think about certain scenes of the game with a critical eye.
I'm an avid gamer, and Danganronpa is one of my favourite series! Having watched the anime and played all the video games, I will be able to help direct the conversation any way it goes. I will also be able to provide trigger warnings in case the discussion moves toward a topic some can be sensitive to.

Both the Danganronpa video game series and anime series are rated TV-14 in the US and PG rating in Canada. The video game and anime feature violence such as murder and executions.
