Do you like cats? Me too! Come hang out in this social class. Bring your pet cat, your toy cat, or even a picture of a cat! We'll talk about what we like about cats, how to best care for a cat, and discuss some of the benefits of owning a cat. Please note: This is a social class, so there will be teacher-led discussion and questions and answers about cats and cat care! We'll talk about the things we like about cats, and each student will have a chance to share their thoughts and opinions about cats.

Please note: each student must have their own enrollment in order to attend class. While Outschool loves and appreciates siblings who want to attend class together, each student must be individually enrolled in order to properly maintain class sizes and so that the teacher can accurately prepare.

Communication isn't always easy, but in my classes, students learn that it can be fun! I offer writing, communication, and social classes based on topics kids love. Learning doesn't have to be boring, so I offer Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, and even Harry Potter classes designed to get your learners thinking about different ways to share their thoughts and express themselves. I offer writing, science, and social classes designed to help your learner share their thoughts in a safe environment.
I hope that after class, each student will walk away from our time together feeling more confident and comfortable with their own communication skills. My goal as an educator is to help students feel great about their writing and communication skills and to learn how to improve in new and creative ways.
I'm a professional writer with 19 years of experience as an article creator, novelist, and editor. I've published several bestselling books and love both creative and technical writing. I also teach writing at homeschool co-ops and online for teens and adults.
