This is a series of classes that includes basic elements of the language, grammar, learning vocabulary and conversation. Students will learn: Nouns, Adjectives, Definite and Indefinite Articles, Interrogative Pronouns, Present Tense, Present Tense Irregular Verbs, Modal Verbs. Classes include grammar instruction, as well as basic conversation and activities. As students progress, they read short stories and listen to recorded materials and/or videos. A whiteboard will be used and shared digitally to the classroom for students to learn and review. Classes in this program are equivalent to Level 1 and should be taken first. Level 2 is a separate higher level class and recommended to learners already familiar with the topics described above.
