Hey there! My name is Mrs.Chapman and I greatly enjoy empowering students through a healthy lens, to show them how they see themselves, situations and future . One of the ways I enjoy doing that is through Creative and Visual Arts! Tangible experiences shape how we see life. Mindsets Matter!

A little bit about my background: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Community Services and a Masters degree of Social Work.  I have worked with every age as a Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Consultant for the past 20 years.  I am the co-owner of Chapman Consulting Group, LLC where we provide Professional Development trainings on Mental Health and Education to K-12 schools, mental health agencies & corporate entities.  Many times we are contracted to do our Vision Board Retreat Series to help with team building and staff morale.

My ongoing motto is to Teach, Activate & help others grow! This is my value system in teaching. Help students and adults alike expand their reach through education and exposure to different ways to think about things. The goal is for your student to walk away feeling affirmed, more confident and have a feeling of direction through the visual roadmap we will create! All Vision Boards will be different and I will have different topics throughout the month.  They will be colorful, full of texture and all about your student!

Something fun about me: I love waffles! I also love making weird waffles from scratch like a savory waffle with carmalized onions, bacon and cheddar or a delicious, buttery buttermilk waffle with dragonfruit! I love tacos and would eat them everyday (clearly I'm a foodie) LOL. 

Something Personal: I LOVE being a wife and a mommy to my wonderful children and the most fun Auntie to all my nieces & nephews! Oh and I love Plants!! I'm a "plant mommy" to 11 beautiful plants...
