In this course, you will learn how to effectively use 1 point perspective to create interesting environments and basic composition to make your environments really shine. This lecture will consist of examples illustrating the topics and drawing examples. I will use Photoshop and explain line by line how I am using 1 point perspective to create engaging environments. The class will be structured into 6 parts. Part 1: A quick introduction to explain to students the class and what will be taught. Part 2: An explanation of what 1 point perspective is, the strengths and weaknesses of 1 point perspective, and how to use it effectively. Part 3: How to convincingly cheat 1 point perspective to create a better mood in your art. Part 4: How to use a size relationship character make sure that things are the correct size in your drawing Part 5: Basic composition lecture to help you make your environments look great! Part 6: We finish with a question and answer time for any art-related questions that students might have.

Students will learn one of the most important fundamental art skills, 1 point perspective. Also included is a beginner's lesson on composition.
