Yoga is an ancient art and systematic science. Its purpose is to facilitate the body mind connection
Mantras have been a long used as an effective technique for making the mind stand still. Learn how to create a mantra, how mantras work, and what the results are that you can expect. Mudras are hand positions for harnessing or directing energy. Learn the different positions and their meanings. Use mudras to direct your own energy and the energy coming from others.

  I will be teaching the importance of establishing a personal practice, and how meditation can affect your life. 

This will be a fun learning experience for all and each student will be participating .
There will be discussion and hands on training 
We will practice the meditation together .
Question and answer at the end of class..

Students will leave class with a new skill to last a lifetime.

I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher since 2007 
 I've been practicing and teaching for over 18 years. 
Teaching all age groups , most of my experience is with school aged children.
I teach yoga and meditation in area high schools and students as well as parents see results in a short time.
 I have Studied sanskrit , mantras and mudras  under Golden Bridge, NYC 2009-2012

Cerirtified MBSR teacher (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 2011
I have been teaching this technique in my yoga classes on a daily basis as well as weekend workshops  since 2009.


I feel children and young adults can benefit grately with this tool.
