Students are encouraged to share their work with Rozine and other learners, by holding their artwork up to the camera after each character is drawn. Praise and recognition is awarded, regardless of skill level. Rozine stresses the importance of each artist liking their own work—and if they see something they don't like, she motivates them to find the solution to fix the problem. During this course, students draw several different cartoon faces, hairstyles, and outfits. Rozine demonstrates these things in a way that offers artists a variety of options towards creating their own unique avatar(s). Some artists may feel comfortable drawing more than one character at a time, as the steps are shown in such a way that this can be accomplished with great success. If an artist is more interested in the intricate details of a character, Rozine suggests they focus on only one character drawing per session. Rozine will guide students step by step, stacking basic geometric shapes with pencil until the fundamental shape of the face, hair, and body is established. Other personalized details can be added lightly before students darken their lines and erase the founding shapes. Depth through shading techniques may be shown with pencil or colors if time allows. Learners have fun with Rozine's curriculum which includes seasonal pop art, cartooning, and graphic design. Students thrive in a creative environment where they are encouraged to develop their imagination and artistic expression.

Long Straight Hair
This lesson is all about long, straight hair! Learners will be shown 3-4 long, straight hairstyles (middle part, side part, bangs, no bangs, etc). 45 minutos de lección en vivo en línea
Lección 2:
Long Curly Hair
During this session, we will experiment with long, soft waves, and long, spiral curls, too. Artists will be shown 3-4 different long, curly hairstyles. 45 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

Short Straight Hair
This time we will be playing with short, spiky hair-dos. As usual, students will be shown 3-4 short, straight hairstyles, including long, straight hair that is up in a pony tail or space buns (for example). 45 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

Short Curly Hair
Lastly, we will draw short, curly hairstyles, including long, curly hair that is styled up, in a bun (or two). This session will also include learning how to draw black hairstyles like box braids, cornrows, and twists. 45 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

Since 2005, Rozine taught cartooning classes to elementary-aged, inner-city children in Chicago and Los Angeles. She is the illustrator, author, and publisher of several all-age coloring activity books.
