This class will be an ongoing class that meets weekly for students to learn American Sign Language words and phrases while reading along to their favorite Pigeon Stories. We will read a different story each week and learners will be given a worksheet that lists the phrases and words from the story and how to sign them. We will practice signing them before reading the story. The designated stories for each week are provided in the weekly class breakdown. If your learner owns the story they can...

I have been studying American Sign Language ( ASL) for 14 years. I have completed a 4 year post bachelors or degree Interpreter training program and have received my certificate for Interpreter training . I have 3 years experience interpreting in an educational setting . I ran an ASL signing program at an early learning center for 1 year.
