**OVERVIEW** Students will learn to make their own chewy boba from scratch by making the dough using either the microwave or the stove. **STRUCTURE** I will lead students through the recipe step by step by demonstrating the techniques, ensuring that everyone can follow along at their own pace. Students will cook along with me, asking questions as needed. At the end, they'll have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food they've prepared. By the end of the session, I hope students will...

I have been cooking Asian-inspired foods for over 30 years, experimenting with different recipes, techniques, and coming up with my own adapted recipes. I have taught numerous cooking classes on Outschool as well as in-person.
Students are expected to have a basic understanding of kitchen safety, including not handling sharp knives or fire without adult supervision.

Please be aware of any possible allergies your child might have in the ingredients. We will be using the microwave or the stove if you don't have a microwave. Please supervise your child if he/she needs help. Students might require parents to help boiling the boba.
