Orientación para padres
As a history class focusing on deceased monarchs, this course will touch upon death in all sessions, including execution. In the session on Civil War, we will discuss a war. In the sessions on James I, we will discuss witch hunts. This will not be a focus of the class and will be presented in an age appropriate way.
In all sessions, we will be discussing religion (particularly the idea of Catholic and Protestant religions and the centrality of religion in the Stuart period). This will be presented in a factual and historical way, showing what people believed and will not promote any form of religion.
Requisitos previos
No prior learning needed, however, it would be helpful for learners to have a concept of monarchy as a hereditary concept.
Recursos externos
Los estudiantes no necesitarán utilizar ninguna aplicación o sitio web más allá de las herramientas estándar de Outschool.
