Students are assessed by participation, and a willingness and ability to spend quiet time writing and reflecting on their own, as well as their ability to share in the group.Experiencia de clase
In each class, I present 1-3 new and fun journal prompts for students to choose from and play with in writing. We'll have plenty of time for me to introduce the prompt, allow students to write, and then have time for students to share something that surprised them from their writing! :) The writing builds inner connection, the prompts support creativity in thinking, and the opportunity to share builds confidence, and creates connection with community support. I hope you can join us for some journal writing soon! :) Can't wait to see you in class!

Writer's Workshop was always one of my favorite things to teach as a classroom teacher. In my time since then, alongside my training as a life coach, I have developed a practice of journaling that has both supported me in my life, as well as adult clients.
I'm so excited to now be bringing journaling adventures to kids! :)
I believe journaling is one of the most powerful tools for organizing our thoughts and sorting out what feels best to us. It is a release and a relief and is a very healing practice. And I can't wait to share it with your kids. :)Reseñas
