In this merry and bright class, "Jingle Bells & Caroling Tunes: Holiday Singing Extravaganza!," students will explore classic holiday carols like "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Frosty the Snowman," "Deck the Halls," and more, while learning key vocal techniques that will make their voices shine. This class is open to all levels – from total beginners to seasoned singers – and is designed to build confidence, improve vocal skills, and have fun performing together.

Every lesson kicks off with a seriously fun holiday icebreaker session. We want to hear all about your favorite holiday carol jams that help you get into your holiday cheer!

We'll crank up the energy as we warm up our vocal cords together with some seriously exciting vocal exercises. Get ready to unleash your inner holiday caroler superstar before diving into the world of Jingle Bells & Caroling Tune hits!

Each week, I'll unveil a new Jingle Bells & Caroling Tune that's guaranteed to get your cheer shining bright. And if you already know the song, join right in on the fun! We'll break it down into sections, with me guiding you through the melody and lyrics. 

Each session will focus on:

Vocal Warm-Up, Breathing Exercises, and Vocal Technique: Learn to use your voice effectively with vocal warm-ups and exercises that focus on pitch, tone, and resonance. Whether you’re just starting or have been singing for years, you’ll improve your vocal control and sound. Proper breath control is essential for singing. We’ll explore simple breathing techniques that will help you sing longer phrases, reduce tension, and improve vocal power.

Performance Skills: Singing isn’t just about hitting the right notes – it’s about expressing the joy and warmth of the season! We’ll practice fun performance techniques, including stage presence, emotion, and connecting with your audience.

Just a heads up: Your mics will be muted during demonstrations and when we're belting it out together to ensure top-notch sound quality. So, make sure you're familiar with Zoom's mute and unmute features for the ultimate class experience!

***Students are welcome to join during any of the weeks as content does not build. This is also a great opportunity for friends and cousins to share holiday joy and fun together.
