No dance experience required and clogging shoes are NOT required. In this introduction class, I will teach students the basic steps of clogging as well as the history of clogging and what makes clogging different from tap dance. Students will follow along with me and complete the steps and combinations along with me even if they do not have clogging shoes. My teaching style is very interactive and encouraging and I will be giving students feedback throughout the entire course. My goal is for students to develop an appreciation for the dance style of clogging and to be inspired to learn more steps.
