What's more fun than choosing your flavors and mixing all of the colors as it drips down a snow cone or into a slushy? We will use various watercolor techniques to create a base layer for each section of the painting. Textures and details will be added in layers to create all of the shadows and highlights that can be seen within the ice. The color wheel and various color schemes will also be introduced to enhance the flavors. Different techniques will be introduced to best enhance each student’s painting. Each finished work will be unique based on individual choices made with colors and composition.

Students will gain skills in painting, composition, and color mixing along with making choices to enhance their painting with texture and details.
