Hemos tenido esos momentos en los que nos sentimos abrumados. Estas sesiones de tutoría 1:1 están hechas a la medida de las necesidades de su hijo. A través de actividades divertidas, vídeos, cuentos y juegos, tu hijo aprenderá a manejar las emociones intensas de forma más adecuada.

The Zones of Regulation is a unique color-coded way for students to describe and understand their emotions. Students will learn strategies that work for them. Stories, activities, songs. Games will help the students learn coping strategies. Repetition will help the students internalize the skills. It is important to keep things light and lively.

- Anger/Impulse Management –identifying two situations in which impulsiveness or anger might control responses, detecting personal physical signs, which occur before explosiveness or self destructive, de-escalating personal emotions using three techniques.

This tutoring program was written with those learners in mind. Activities will be planned with each unique learner in mind. Students will be encouraged to participate at their own comfortable level.
I would prefer to have spoken with parents before the first class to see what is working or not and to make a shared plan to support the learner

We will utilize sorting games and scenarios to practice emerging skills. Pink Cat Games have games using the Zones of Regulation as a review
