Do you enjoy drawing with sratch art paper? Have you ever wondered how they make that cool scratch art paper? If so, then join me in this one time class to learn how to make it for yourself. We'll enjoy drawing and creating the background of the paper before painting it with the black overlay. After the paint dries you'll have your own homemade scratch paper to create your own artistic masterpiece on. The best part is, once you know how to make it, you can make it all the time. No more buying store bought scratch art paper when you can make your own.

I grew up in Wisconsin where I completed my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at UW Stout. I've taught for the public school system for 14 years in a variety of positions including classroom teacher, interventionist, ELL teacher and elementary science lab teacher. I hold a Masters Degree in Reading and School Administration from Johns Hopkins. After leaving the public school system I've spent the last several years teaching middle school Science and History at a homeschool tutorial while being a homeschool mom. I enjoy teaching hands on engaging courses that spark the interest of students with the ultimate goal of encouraging them to become life long learners. I welcome student interaction and questions.
In my personal life I LOVE to read, travel and explore new areas, especially the beach! I am a Girl Scout leader and adore every single girl in my troop. As a troop leader I am certified in several outdoors areas- archery, canoe, kayak, camping, etc. I can't wait to share some of my love of the outdoors with families here on Outschool. Reseñas
