There will be six videos throughout this Course, guiding artists through a series of Christmas themed drawings. Each Instructional video will be an average of 33 minutes in length. A close-up image of the original Art will be included with each drawing.Evaluación
Students are welcome, and encouraged, to message with a picture of each completed drawing, if they are interested in feedback. Please allow up to 3 business days for critiques.Experiencia de clase
Christmas Edition! Only a pencil, eraser, and sheet of paper are needed to create these Detailed Holiday Drawings! (Plus a ruler for the last class- Santa Claus!) I create each drawing in advance, and then teach learners how to create their very own, step-by-step, using simple shapes and lines. With the right guidance and instructions, your little artist IS capable of creating detailed Art! This is a Self-Paced class, which gives learners the opportunity to participate on their own schedule, and at their own pace. Realism is all in the details. Each video will be an average of 33 minutes long, and can be paused as needed depending on how much detail your little artist would like to incorporate. A close-up image of the artwork will also be attached. It's all about having FUN while exercising our creativity! Students will have 'Artistic freedom' to add their own spin on each piece we create.

While this class is geared towards having FUN while creating, I aim for my learners to leave my classes with a foundation of sketching and shading techniques, as well as some basic skills that can be applied towards future drawings.We will be discussing how to add dimension, creating proportions, contrast, texture, and much more!

We will use a method of shading called cross hatching to create texture and dimension as we draw this cozy winter Penguin together! Video length- 36min. Lección 2:
Realistic Christmas Tree
You have likely drawn a Christmas Tree before... but not like this! We will learn how to create a dimensional Christmas Tree through the use of shading and overlap. The drawing will be completed with 3-D presents beneath the tree. Video length- 31min. Lección 3:
Sassy Snowman
This sassy snowman is oozing with personality, and so fun to create! We will be discussing how to add smooth gradient blending in this class. Video length- 31min. Lección 4:
Christmas Cat
It's all down to the details! And this Christmas Cat isn't lacking in that department. We will be discussing detailed eyes in this class. Did you know cats have the largest eyes in proportion to body size of any animal on the planet? Video length- 33min. Otros detalles
