Have you ever wondered what your blood does? How your muscles grow or what happens in your brain? Do you think about things like: why am I yawning? What makes farts smell or what's the point of boogers? 

This introduction to anatomy begins to list the different systems in our bodies and what they do. Each week students will learn how a piece of our anatomy allows us to live, move, and function. Some weeks we will learn about a different system of our body, and some weeks we will discuss what our bodies do when we are sick. We will also talk about different bodily functions like farts, yawns and dreams.

With colorful diagrams, lively, and fun descriptions and answers to questions about bodily actions, learners will begin to understand what we are all made of and how our bodies operate.
