In this class, learners will compete against each other answering questions about the first half of World War 2 in the Pacific starting before the war began and going until the Battle of Midway. Whoever answers the most questions correctly wins! No prior knowledge of World War 2 is required. To make things fair learners will receive a document that contains all the answers prior to class. They should study it before coming to class, and it is requested that they not have it nearby during class, but try to answer the questions on their own from memory. Students should come to class with 1 to 3 facts about the World War 2 not included in the document for extra points. Sections will be closed approximately 6 to 12 hours in advance regardless of enrollment to ensure all learners have enough time to look over the materials. #academic

This class covers World War 2, the bloodiest war in History. While most of the gory parts will be toned done, this is still war.

I'm a huge history buff. I love learning about history and doing research about different time periods. World War 2 is an important part of my family history. Several of my Great Uncles served in the US Army, (one fought with Patton) my Grandfather served in the US Navy, and both of my Grandparents on the other side lived in the Netherlands during the war and my Grandfather was part of the Dutch Underground. Growing up I heard them tell stories about the war and I always wanted to hear more. They all had fascinating stories to tell. (Ask me in class to tell you some!)Reseñas
