Esta es una clase FLEX. Cada semana, la lección incluirá un calentamiento, estiramiento y una nueva coreografía. También se incluirán juegos y manualidades durante las lecciones. ¡Al final de las 4 semanas, su hijo conocerá 4 rutinas! ¡Prepárese para divertirse!

Each week I will lead a hip-hop style warm-up, which includes stretching, hip-hop moves and fun exercises for about 5-7 minutes. Choreography will also be taught each week and by the end of the fourth week your student will have learned 4 routines. This class also includes activities and craft. Each Monday I will attach a 40-45 minute video that includes the whole lesson for the week! FLEX classes allow you to take the class when it is convenient for you, anytime or any day! (No experience necessary.) Week 1: We will be focused on Descendants 1. I will start off with a warm-up, cardio and stretching. I will also teach a few hip-hop moves. We will then go into learning our routine for the week. During this lesson we will play “Pin the apple on the Descendants” at the end of class. (Make sure an adult is nearby to assist you when playing.) Week 2: We will be focused on Descendants 2. I will start off with a warm-up, cardio and stretching. I will also teach a few hip-hop moves. We will then go into learning our routine for the week. During this lesson we will make “Uma”/“Harry” pirate hats. (Check supply list below for supplies needed) Week 3: We will be focused on Descendants 3. I will start off with a warm-up, cardio and stretching. I will also teach a few hip-hop moves. We will then go into learning our routine for the week. During this lesson you will want to bring a play sword or something that is similar (wand/paper towel roll, pool noodle, ruler) as we will be doing choreography with them! Week 4: We will be focused on Descendants 1,2 and 3. I will start off with a warm-up and stretching. I will teach a few hip-hop moves. We will then go into learning our routine for the week. During this lesson we will do a Descendants quiz. (Answer sheet is included in the attachments when you sign up for class.) *All Music is age appropriate. *Choreography taught is my creation inspired by the Descendants. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends! *English

The goal is to have fun, exercise, learn 4 full routines by the end of the four weeks, be creative, make crafts and enjoy Descendants 1-3!

Make sure to have enough space to move around in a safe environment. Be sure to have water nearby and make sure to have comfortable clothing on. (Dance at your own risk.)
