Come design a personal Hex sign based on Pennsylvania Dutch Hex sign examples and culture. Hex signs have been displayed on barns and homes around the Northeastern United States for hundreds of years. Together we'll learn about the these signs and the symbols that are displayed. - Learners will be able to explain and describe a Pennsylvania Dutch Hex sign. Learners will design and create a Hex sign that is based on symbols which have personal meaning to them or their family. Learners will be able to identify the unity and focal points of their design.
