- 🎯 Learners will demonstrate improved ability to use ASL conceptually by accurately interpreting and responding to ASL videos and role-playing scenarios.
- 🎯 Learners will deepen their understanding of Deaf culture by engaging in discussions and activities that explore daily communication norms and cultural practices within the Deaf community.
- 🎯 Learners will enhance their sign fluency through regular practice and interaction activities, enabling them to maintain conversations and express themselves more fluidly in ASL.

The quiz will test your ability to understand what is being signed to you. • Expressive Test: You will prepare your own story or song using the vocabulary and grammar structures learned in class. More instructions will be given in class.
Intermediate Level: Participants should have a foundational understanding of ASL, ranging from basic to intermediate proficiency. This class is conducted entirely in ASL.

Padlet and Signing Savvy does not require the learners to set up an account. Signing Savvy is a free ASL dictionary. Account sign-up is not necessary for usage. https://www.signingsavvy.com
An online ASL Dictionary (i.e. https://www.signingsavvy.com) is required. The dictionary is a free resource. In addition, the students may need a separate device to play Kahoot. If using a computer the student will only need to be able to open another tab or split their screen. Handouts will be posted in your inbox and in the classroom.
