In this ongoing Tumble and Dance Class, a warm up will be taught through basic stretching and strengthening exercises. We will then work on various gymnastics and gross motor skills. Each week we will explore a new Gymnastics step engaging dance games will be played throughout the course. Week One - 1/28/24 Hop Like a Frog! - Your child will learn beginner gymnastics moves and stunts in a positive learning environment. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
