Beginners will start learning important acoustic guitar fundamentals. Advancing guitarists will learn new skills and songs and can explore different genres, including folk, bluegrass, old-time, and even some rock! With lessons tailored to your level and style, you're sure to be playing songs you love!

We tailor each 1:1 lesson to your level and learning style. In the first lesson, you'll learn some guitar basics. The teacher will learn more about your playing experience. With the teacher's guidance, you'll set goals for future lessons. Each week's individualized lesson will build on this foundation as you learn skills and repertoire to create beautiful music. 

Get started on your musical journey with a closer look at good posture, intonation, picking, and tone. In our classes, we practice strings techniques through fun songs and learning exercises. You will add to your repertoire with coaching to improve your musicianship. Bring songs you are working on or suggest songs you want to learn. Not sure what to choose? Your teacher will help you with suggestions for music that's just right for your playing level and interest. Learn in a lighthearted and supportive environment. You will experience demonstrations, feedback, and encouragement.
