Experiencia de clase

This is an on-going class that will discuss guided meditation and it's usefulness in everyday life 
I will discuss with the students how they can create their own practice of meditation.
We will talk about mindfulness and what that means. 
We will also talk about the use of imagery and how it is important in a guided meditation.
I will facilitate a session of guided meditation using both a mindfulness practice and guided imagery to help the learners
to achieve a state of calm, focused peacefulness.
I will be teaching the learners beginning skills such as a conscious breathing practive they can use for meditation
 Each time a child returns , the meditation may be different, and they may gain further understanding simply from different questions asked or new insights they have gained. There may be many students in the class or if your child is the only student in the class I will fashion the class for your child's benefit.

After the session is over, I will allow the learners to individually ask questions and discuss their own individual experiences.
It is possible the class may run a little over in time. This being said, those learners that must leave can raise their hand and let me know so that we as a class can give them a proper good-bye. Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
I have been trained at the graduate school level to perform hypnotherapy and guided meditation, along with my more clinical studies. I have taught these subjects previously and utilized these practices with clients many times. I have a BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology, and a certificate in alternative medicine from a trained M.D. who specializes in cardiology but also practices alternative medicine. I have taught high school students as well as students at the university level. Please feel comfortable knowing that your learners will be in a calm, caring setting.
