Depending on the student I will write up feedbacks sheets that tell the student what they can improve on as a dancer and what they should work on outside our classes.

My classes are curated to what you, as a student, are looking for in a dance class. My structure varies based on styles such as Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Jazz. Typically, my class begins with a warm-up that moves to a center practice. If the student's space allows for across the floor and to end the class, we end with a combination that we may build on as the lessons continue. I am a teacher that always reflects what my student needs, we work at your pace so that you can flourish as a dancer and artist and most importantly I want my students to have fun expressing their self through movement.

Please ensure your learner has a clear, open workout space free of hazards, proper footwear, and access to water. Encourage stretching before class to prevent injuries. Supervision is recommended to ensure movements are performed safely and correctly. Note that physical activity carries inherent risks, including minor injuries if not executed properly. This class is designed to be engaging and fun, but readiness and preparation are key to a safe and enjoyable experience

If the student is taking Ballet, ballet shoes are preferred. For HipHop and Jazz sneakers and jazz shoes are preferred. You can get these from Amazon if needed; they should not cost more than thirty dollars. If you need help please reach out and I can provide links for them

I have been dancing since the age of five and it has been my life ever since. I grew up in a small town in Indiana dreaming of a way to get out and pursue my dreams. So I worked hard to get into Debbie Allen's Dance Academy's Summer Intensive. From there I danced professionally in the Hot Chocolate Nutcracker which was featured on Netflix. From there I attended the number one arts High School in the U.S. the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. Where I performed with the Limon Company and several other modern companies. I was chosen to dance with the Alvin Ailey Dance Company during their summer intensive in 2018 as well. I now attend New York University's Tisch School of the Arts as a major in dance. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance from New York University in May of 2024. That year I performed as a soloist in the Limon Dance Company's classic work "Missa Brevis" and Kyle Abraham's "A Quiet Dance". My recent work has been apprenticing with Evidence Dance, David Dorfman Dance, Gibney Dance, Limon, A.I.M, and Komoco. My teaching journey began when I was in highschool while i was dancing with the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. I started working as an assistant teacher with the Early Bird Academy which is their program for young dancers ages 3-10. After a year I was able to teach my own classes, I taught ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Once I graduated highschool I moved to NYC to pursue my degree and I simultaneously began teaching through the site SuperProf. I have been teaching classes throughout the city for dance students with ages varying from 4 to 14 years old. Through the site I taught ballet, hiphop, jazz, modern, and contemporary. I have also choreographed several pieces that are shown in the images on my profile.
