In this fun and engaging class, students will review the concept of nouns and verbs and then will be introduced to the word "adjective." As a class we will list examples of some adjectives. The teacher will hold up some objects and we will come up with adjectives to describe the object.  Then we will discuss how adjectives modify or describe nouns. By the end of class, students will be comfortable finding the adjective in a sentence.  This class works best for those learners who are already comfortable doing a bit of reading and writing. If your child is unfamiliar with the terms "nouns" and "verbs", I highly recommend that they take my Grammar Fun: Nouns and Verbs class before taking this class. I look forward to teaching your child!
