1. Introduction (5 minutes):

Begin with a warm welcome and a brief self-introduction.
Set the session's objectives: to connect, chat, and explore career options.

2. Icebreaker Activity (10 minutes):

Start with an icebreaker to create a comfortable and interactive atmosphere.
For example, participants could introduce themselves, sharing their interests in a career or what they hope to gain from the session.

3. Chatting About Careers (15 minutes):

Facilitate an open discussion about most professions.
Encourage participants to share their thoughts, questions, and concerns related to careers.
Provide insights into the different facets of careers, including the rewards and challenges.

4. Exploring Career Paths (10 minutes):

Present an overview of various career paths, such as K–12 education, higher education, remote vs. online , and educational administration.
Discuss the qualifications and skills required for each path.
Share information about available resources for exploring these career options.

5. Q&A Session (10 minutes):

Open the floor for questions from participants.
Address inquiries related to training, certifications, job prospects, and any other related topics.
Encourage participants to ask about personal experiences or concerns they may have.

6. Connecting and Networking (5 minutes):

Emphasize the importance of networking in careers.
Share tips on how to connect with educators, join communities, and seek mentorship opportunities.
Provide information about relevant online platforms and professional organizations.

7. Setting Goals and Next Steps (5 minutes):

Encourage participants to reflect on what they've learned during the session.
Ask them to identify their next steps in exploring a career.
Suggest setting short-term and long-term goals to work towards.

8. Closing Remarks (5 minutes):

Summarize the key takeaways from the session.
Express gratitude for participants' active engagement.
Provide contact information for further inquiries or follow-up.

9. Follow-up Resources (optional):

Share a list of recommended books, websites, or courses for those interested in pursuing a  career.
