I was born and raised in Germany for 28 years before coming to the States. Since the right pronunciation of German words is key to being understood my background will help to prepare my students. After those four weeks students should be able to introduce themselves to a German native and ask for directions and make more friends internationally. Language is what can unite us and make the world a friendlier place. Ich freu mich auf Euch!
Metas de aprendizaje

Students will be able to ask for help and directions when sightseeing or chatting with friends. New german words will be learned every week to grow the overall vocabulary.

I love to teach my mother tongue, German, and as many arts as possible. I grew up in Germany as a daughter of a Civil Engineer and a Teacher and moved to the US in 2003 to further my dancing career and knowledge of Life in general. Dance has been in my Life forever. I started to dance at a young age and tried out most every genre. Ballet, Jazz, Ballroom, Tap and Hip Hop just to name a few. I went to the Sport College in Cologne/ Germany and to School for Ballroom dancing in Bonn/ Germany where I became a Teacher for Ballroom Dance. I also studied Textile Arts and like to work with my sewing machine. I love movement and I love music! And I believe that with every new language and every new skill you try in Life you become a more complete person.
