Nivel Beginner
Das neue Deutschmobil 1 is a German Beginner course, Niveau A1. In the 1st semester we will be covering grammar, German phonetics, listening and reading strategies and expanding our German vocabulary. This course can count towards a high school foreign language credit. Everyone will be interacting with the Teacher and the other students via Zoom meeting. We will be using the “Das neue Deutschmobil 1” Lehrbuch and Arbeitsbuch by Klett. This course includes a lot of engagements, practice and interaction. Homework is a necessary part of learning a language! I will be sending homework home weekly. Homework assignments include: worksheets in the Workbook, Vocabulary practice on Quizlet and Booklet, Grammar practice on Conjuguemos and Tests. This course prepares the student for the “Fit in Deutsch 1” exam ( I do not give this exam, Goethe Institut does) . Note: Class has to have a minimum of 4 learners to take place. All students need to have their camera on during class.
