Teaching style:
I have enjoyed serving students ages 3-22. While I do believe in experiential learning, I believe that flexibility and student choice is highly important for success. When a child is interested and active in their learning, learning becomes enjoyable. Active learning also helps learners retain information. I also make a point to provide my students with multi-sensory instruction. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation so that they are as successful as possible when they live life after an IEP. The best reward for teaching is watching children make a connection in their learning!
