This class is perfect for anyone who wants to have a blast while getting fit! Whether you're into gymnastics, dance, sports, or just want to be a healthier and more flexible version of yourself, this class is for you! Each class will have a warm-up to get your blood flowing. Followed by stretches that reach your legs, arms, back, and more . Then workout, mixing strength and endurance exercises that are easy and fun! Lastly, finish up with flexibility challenges where you can push yourself to do even better each time. I will provide encouragement all the way! We will end each class with a cool down with calming stretches to keep you feeling awesome and prevent any injuries. Each class will include: 1. Warm up 2. Targeted stretching 3. Calisthenics Fun 4. Flexibility challenges 5. Cool down Also meets homeschool students P.E. Requirements No equipment required Ongoing class -join anytime!
