Welcome to my Frozen Adventure! At the beginning of class, each learner will be able to check in with various ice breakers one at a time before class begins. During this week long camp, we will begin with fun and engaging floor stretches and standing exercises to warm up our bodies. We will learn basic Ballet barre exercises as well as some Ballet Technique. We will then work on movement through basic motor skills through four dances several dance games. We will learn four special...
- Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative and positive learning environment. They will also learn choreography to four short ballet dances which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
