In this class students will learn through discussion, slideshow, journaling, doodling and meditation.  They will be guided to think and write about what they love about themselves and what core values they have for themselves and their friendships.  They will write down what boundaries they want to set within their friendships and how to keep those boundaries by staying honest and aligned with their values.  This will lead to a discussion on peer pressure and how sticking to their boundaries, intuitive guidance (heart compass) and a deep love for themselves will help them resist peer pressure and bring them the friendships that will lift them up and support who they are meant to be in this world!  *** There is a $4.00 off sibling discount for this class!
