Have you been wanting to make your own flour, but don't know where to start? I have put together 5 simple lessons to help you learn about the history, process, and benefits of milling your own grains. I have even included a bonus lesson on how to make your own delicious butter! I will explain each key point with powerpoint slides, pictures, and demos. There will not be any grades, but please reach out if you need a certificate of completion. This class is simply for fun and learning. There will not be any assignments, but I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
