This class is taught using pre-recorded lessons, 2 weekly. I will also provide practice worksheets for each lessons and games and websites. There will be interactive posts, where students will post and interact below. For example, students will post examples of fractions they see in their homes. There will be an optional 10 minute weekly live check in for those who would like to join. Homework is due on Sundays each week and will be graded upon request. This will take place on Saturday mornings EST. Also, there will be options for students to team up and create a fractions project, instead of an assessment. This project can be used as an informal assessment and will increase the interactions between student to student. How will students interact? Students will interact with others by sharing discussion answers and worksheet answers. Also , there is a team project option where students will work together to complete an assessment project. Students will receive feedback biweekly from the teacher in the form of message. There will also be games, such a jeopardy review that can be played with other students.
