😁 All students are welcome in this safe place. We love our Neurodivergent students and work hard to provide an inclusive environment for all as I, (Teacher Greg) am a Neurodivergent teacher. Ages listed for this class are simply suggestions. Every student is unique and have different needs at different ages. Ages are flexible.

👥👥👥 The social aspect of fourth grade is crucially important as students learn to communicate their thoughts, take turns, listen to each other and work together as a group. There will be opportunities for students to grow their social skills in every class. Each class will start with social time where student can have a turn to share something they want to say or something they'd like to show. Each student will be given a turn if they want but no one will be forced to share if they do not wish.

Some (not all) lessons will have pdf worksheets for that will go with the week's lessons. A parent letter will be posted on the classroom page each Sunday to describe the lesson topics for the coming week. As with all of my classes, this will be a fun, interactive and lively class. Shy students will not be forced to verbally respond or interact but active participation will be encouraged.

Every week’s lessons are stand alone and do not build on previous so students can join class at any time with no prior knowledge required.

What will we learn?
(Many of the science and Social Studies lessons will double as reading lessons, we’re students can volunteer to read short paragraphs of information from the screen)
