MESSAGES
Please allow 48-72 hours for me to reply to your messages. If I did not reply please assume that I did not receive a message from you.
MISSED CLASSES AND REFUND POLICIES
Refunds follow the ‘Limited’ model. Students may withdraw up to a week before class starts with a full refund. Within this time frame, students may transfer to a new section up to 48 hours before start time but are no longer entitled to a refund. In the event a student misses a class, recordings are privately made available in each classroom by request ONLY. Once the class has ended there will be no refund issued. This also APPLIES to private classes due to the busy schedule outside of classes. There will be no makeup class. You will receive a video as a makeup class.
TRANSFERS
Once a class has ended there will be no transfer allowed. Please ensure that your student attends the scheduled class. However, if you would like a transfer prior to the scheduled class, I will grant it.
CLASS CANCELED OR TECHNICAL ISSUES
In the rare event, that a class is canceled for technical issues, the class will be rescheduled at the earliest available date and time. When classes are not able to be rescheduled a refund will be issued. For one-time classes, parents may opt for a refund instead of joining the new time but will lose access to the recorded class. In the event a student arrives in class and has too many technical issues to participate, they will be transferred to the next available section.
ENROLLMENT
A minimum of 3 students is required to hold classes. If there are not enough learners within 2 to 24 hours of class, families are contacted with the option of transferring to a more populated section of the same class.
Emails/Messages:
We do respond to emails within the first 24 hours. In any case, if you do not receive a response, it may be because we did not receive your email (please feel free to send your message again). Friday 2 o'clock EST-Sunday we DO NOT respond to messages because we are off on the weekend.

***Learners will have access to all CORE and extracurricular classes for 50%
