Clase flexible: conceptos básicos del adiestramiento canino

*This class does not meet live unless requested. Class will take place IN THE OUTSCHOOL classroom ONLY , where videos and assignments are posted weekly. Students can respond in their own time. As a teacher, I will check in and give feedback on all submitted assignments/ videos at least 3 times a week. Students will also have the option to email the teacher directly and privately with questions.

2.) Students will learn to teach their dog basic tricks
give paw
spin/turn
play dead
role over

Homework is to work with your dog and submit videos through google classroom to me! :)

Week 1 : Week one I will post an introduction video introducing you to my dogs and I. This week we will learn how to teach "Sit" , "Down" and "Stay." Students will post their videos so I can view and comment. I will also post weekly videos answering questions students have.

Week 2 : This week we will focus on teaching "Look" and "Leave it." I will post personal videos of my dogs twice a week and other informational videos at least once a week. Student can comment / or send their videos to me for review. 

Week 3 : This week is trick week! We will learn how to teach our dog basic tricks! I will post personal videos with my dogs 3 times this week. Students are welcome to try the tricks and post their videos for review. 

Week 4 : Practice / question and share! Students are given the opportunity to share additional videos of their training with the class. I will offer a half hour live question and answer session as well this week. I will also be sharing a complete powerpoint including all the weeks information. I also have a jeopardy game that reviews dog training that I will share this week.
