FLEX: cómo desarrollar la confianza y aumentar el coraje: habilidades para la vida, clase 4W1

In this four-week class, you will learn strategies and techniques to increase and improve your confidence. Whether you're looking to boost your confidence in social situations, at school, or in your personal life, this class will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to feel more confident and explain how you can best use that confidence. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect of confidence-building, including how to set and achieve goals, how to communicate effectively, and how to deal with challenges and setbacks. By the end of the class, you will have a solid foundation of confidence and the skills to continue growing and improving.

Topics to include:

Week 1 : 
-How using leadership can help you become more confident
-How using confidence helps you become a better leader

Week 2 : 
-Qualities of confidence and how we get them

Week 3:  
-How responsible measured risk can help us grow
-Dealing with Challenges and Setbacks
-Overcoming fear and self-doubt
-Building resilience and coping with setbacks
-Creating a growth mindset

Week 4:  
-Learning that failure is a good thing to grow and develop
-Overcoming fear of failing and self-doubt
-Setting new goals and creating a plan for ongoing improvement
-Celebrating your progress and confidence growth

The flexible schedule (Flex Class) allows your learners to watch the pre-recorded videos and do them at a time that is FUN for them! You can also spend extra time on the topics your child is most interested in. Since this is a flex class with no live meetings, students can log in at a convenient time to complete the week's lesson. We will be going through each week as a group and I will post the lesson weekly (depending on which day you started).

The videos will contain the information required to give students a good understanding of each topic and each one will include homework for the students to undertake during the week, as part of a project. 

After watching each video and completing the homework assignments, students will be provided with feedback and the specific next steps on how to create a process to manage their finances successfully. 

Time frame for the Week:
Mondays - The teacher will post the information needed for the week. Students can submit questions.
Tuesdays - Wednesday - The teacher can answer any questions pertaining to the topic of the week.  The students will need to complete any homework assignments and answer any questions in the discussion.
Thursday - Students need to have all tasks completed and uploaded in the classroom for teacher feedback and discussion. Students will discuss it among themselves.
Friday - The teacher will provide feedback to the class and individual students.
Saturday - Sunday - The teacher will be available to answer any questions that the students may have for the week or the next week.

No required experience or previous knowledge is needed by the learners.
