Orientación para padres
Parents should supervise their child to ensure that they are in a safe area and are performing the activities/movements within the workout correctly.
Lista de útiles escolares
Students will need access to a water bottle, an open space (a living room, backyard, etc.) and closed toed shoes. Warm up will be led by me at the beginning of class. Students are encouraged to stretch following the class. 

Students will also need a small ball that they can hold in 1 hand (tennis ball, bouncy ball, rubberband ball, wiffle ball, etc.). Also, they will have the option to use a resistance band that is about 3 - 5 feet long and can stretch somewhat easily.

I received my B.S. in Athletic Training from Whitworth University. I completed 1,250 clinical hours in physical therapy clinics, collegiate, semi-professional and high school athletic training rooms, emergency rooms and urgent cares.
