Our Middle School Workout Class offers learners the opportunity to stay active with workouts twice a week led by Coach Spencer. Each class includes a mix of cardio and strength training exercises that can be done without any additional equipment. This is a great class for learners who want to stay in shape and have fun at the same time.

Each class to begin with group stretching exercises and warm up routine. Move alternatives will also be given out when applicable. 

Week 1- Cardio and Endurance (3 reps)

0-2 min mark- Stretching 
3-18 min - Cardio 
19-26 min - Endurance
27 - 30 min Cool Down

Week 2- Cardio and Strength (3 reps) 

0-2 min mark- Stretching 
3-18 min - Cardio 
19-26 min - Strength
27 - 30 min Cool Down

Week 3- Arms and Legs (3 reps)

0-2 min mark- Stretching 
3-18 min -Legs

Spencer Williams is a triple threat athlete and recent graduate (varsity level basketball and football). He is also a 1st degree black belt in the art of Taekwondo and currently works as a youth Taekwondo instructor while attending Ole Miss University.
