Each day, learners will be presented with a new design challenge followed by a short series of images to spark ideas and provide inspiration to solve our design challenge. The images are not fashion-related! We will learn how to use inspiration from the world around us in an artistic and creative way (think Project Runway group challenge, but with paper and pencils instead of fabric and sewing machines!) 

I will be sketching along with the students and we will build off each other's ideas along the way. Learners will experience what it is like to be part of a design team while flexing their creative muscles in new ways each day. We will be sketching with pencils and coloring with markers or colored pencils. At the end of each class we will have time to share our own sketches and see what our team has collectively designed!

No previous experience is required. This class is less about drawing technique and more about creative design thinking. Class meets M-F, but the sessions do not build on each other, so if you miss a class, you can jump right back in!
