I have been collecting and researching crystals and gemstones for many years. I have an extensive collection of crystals and minerals as well as a deep fascination with learning how crystals have been used throughout history. As an elementary and Early childhood teacher I have had opportunity to introduce many children to the beauty and science of rocks and minerals. My son seeks and polishes stones in his basement workshop, so I am very familiar with the process of finding and bringing stones to their polished beauty. I love crystals and gemstones, both for their beauty and their versatility. I have been a collector since I was a child, stumbling upon a dirt road littered with quartz crystals in rural Georgia.
