ESL Circle Time: ¡Un año completo de temas favoritos: cantar, rimar, jugar y colorear!

This class sets children up for a lifetime love of learning English using their favorite topics, such as dinosaurs, outer space, feelings, sports, and hobbies. We warm up with a song, an icebreaker, and a rhyme and quickly go into games that build and reinforce the day's vocabulary, such as "What's missing?" and "I have / who has?" 

In each meeting, we will focus on four different fun vocabulary words, while also building speaking confidence, interpersonal skills, and relationships. We will work together on speaking in full sentences, practicing common grammar patterns, such as "I like / you like / she likes," and participate in simple natural conversations, such as, "How was your day?" and "What's new?" A worksheet for homework reinforces the day's key words and helps with reading and writing. Learners will be having so much fun, they won't even realize how much English they're learning!
